To celebrate the completion of my year at Fruitlands Museum, we built a large sculpture out of fiber and wood where participants offered up inscriptions on paper and tucked them into the sculpture. Drummers de Lookie Lookie, a latin percussion group, ushered in the night when we lit the sculpture to send our messages towards the heavens.
